Led by Chef Brandon Ruble, we're firing up the smokers to bring the valley serious BBQ flavor! And while we take our craft very seriously, we make sure to have a great time doing what we love.

It is a lot of work to do BBQ right.
The time-consuming, low and slow process is worth it. Our menu includes baby back ribs, pulled pork, brisket, wings & sausage with a wide selection of hand-made sides like french fries, cole slaw, baked beans, mac-n-cheese, hushpuppies and cornbread. We also do rotating seasonal specials!
When we are not at the River Valley Market, we are doing catered events with our mobile unit. We are open most weekends and have online bulk ordering and in-person ordering from our walk-up trailer.
