RVQ Smokehouse
We started the RVQ Smokehouse in 2021 with our partner, Chef Brandon Ruble. Our BBQ has a wide following in the area and we sell out most days. And while we take our BBQ very seriously, we have a lot of fun doing it.
Our hours vary by week, please check our instagram for today's operating hours.
It is a lot of work to do BBQ right.
The time-consuming, low and slow process is worth it. Our menu includes baby back ribs, pulled pork, brisket, wings & sausage with a wide selection of hand-made sides like french fries, cole slaw, baked beans, mac-n-cheese, hushpuppies and cornbread. We also do rotating seasonal specials.
When we are not at the River Valley Market, we are doing catered events with our mobile unit. We are open most weekends and have online and in-person ordering from our walk-up trailer. If you have a big group to feed on the weekend, we encourage you to place a catering order for pickup by emailing Chef Brandon nomadchefs@gmail.com at least 48 hours in advance.
