Our Departments
Meat & Seafood
Our butchers are in everyday to serve you. We get multiple deliveries a week of fresh meat and seafood. Anything you want, we can custom order it if we do not have it in the case. Just give us a call. Our butchers grind our meat in-house and hand-make sausages. We prepare marinated, ready to grill meats and have a wide selection of steaks - filet mignon, strips and ribeyes. At the holidays we take custom orders for rack of lamb, prime rib roasts, tenderloin roasts, hams, turkeys and fresh lobster.
Produce
In the summer months we source a substantial portion of our produce locally, buying from farms here in the Deerfield Valley and in the surrounding area. Fresh corn, strawberries and blueberries are some customer favorites. We get multiple deliveries a week and if there is something you would like, we are happy to get it for you.
Cheese & Dairy
There are so many local Vermont cheeses in our case it is hard to make a decision. Vermont is a dairy state so expect the freshest you can get. Burrata, cheddar, brie, raclette, feta, chevre. You name it we probably have it. And don’t forget the charcuterie. We’ve got so many wonderful cured meat options, many locally sourced. We are happy to custom make a charcuterie and cheese board for you.
Beer & Wine
We have a dedicated wine room with a wide selection of varietals. Many of our personal favorites are on the shelves. We especially like to find lesser known wines that offer great value for the money. We host wine tastings a couple times a year to share those finds with customers. We carry a wide selection of Vermont craft beers and ciders. And like wine, we enjoy doing beer tastings to highlight new offerings from our favorite brewers.
Dry Goods
We’ve got everything you need to make a soup, stew, or casserole. Bake a cake, make a pie. Want to do s’mores by the campfire? We’ve got you covered, including the firewood. Household items and personal care. Check. Need charcoal or propane? Have it. Need a bag of ice? It’s here. Heck, if you don’t have a cooler, we’ll make you one on the fly.
